Historical Importance relating to S . Ranjeet Singh’s Jathedar
Kulburshan chowdary named Kadar Baksh had two sons – Kulchhra Khan and Burshan Khan who were very cruel. They used to inculcate fear among the villagers. The villagers then went to village Bahmna where S Kalia Singh who was S . Ranjeet Singh’s jathedar was staying. The villagers requested S Kalia Singh to help them. The Jathedar came with his army and stood up at this place and played Nagara. After hearing the Nagara, both brothers ran away from the village and went to Talwandi Malik.
